Work

Now leasing

An office people remember visiting. Renovated suites and studios behind tall classroom windows on the first, second and third floors of a 1907 school, with the theater, the grille and free parking in the same building. Renovated spaces are ready to lease now while other parts of the campus continue through phased work.

Inside the Suites

Refinished hardwood, the original chalkboards, pendant lights under high ceilings and the tall windows every 1907 classroom came with. Tap a photo to open it full size.

Every one of them starts as an open floor plan and gets built out for the tenant.

What a Suite Can Become

Our vision is to preserve and restore this historic landmark. This will allow us to create a mixed-use campus featuring a restored theater, art studios, event/conference center, shops, and office suites. We are excited to bring this building back to life with a modern twist.
